To continue our growth, we are now searching for a Customer Support Agent to join our team at our main office located in 1190 Vienna.

Customer Support Agents (m/f)

Fulltime (40h) / part-time work (20h)

Profile

  • Dynamic personality with experience in customer service via phone and or ticketing system
  • Fluent German and English skills both spoken and written, other foreign languages are an asset
  • Ability to work independently & good problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Social Media (Facebook, Twitter)
  • Excellent MS Office and basic computer skills
  • Affinity for online games and web shops
  • Communicative team player
  • Endurance in stressful situations

We offer this position on the basis of full employment from €1.424,80 gross per month. Willingness to offer higher salary depending on experience and qualifications.
