General Informations

Payouts are done by Wire Transfer, PayPal or Cheque. There is an out payment limit of 50 Euro (or equivalent) to save transaction charges. Payouts below 50 Euro will be carried forward to the next month.

You can choose to setup your product prices including or excluding VAT.This gives you the possibilities to either display one price in all countries or to reflect the different VAT percentages automatically in your product price. If you choose excluding VAT, the local VAT will be added to your product price automatically depending on the country of origin of the call. This and many other settings can be done inside DaoPay s Control Center.

Example excluding VAT:

Your monthly turnover is 5.001 Euro or more:

You charge for a product:         GBP 10.00 (VAT excluded)
Your customer in UK will pay:    GBP 11.75 (VAT included)

Your payout for customers sending SMS from UK:           10 * 55% = 5.50 GBP
Your payout for customers calling from UK:                    10 * 71% = 7.10 GBP

Example including VAT:

Your monthly turnover is 5.001 Euro or more:

You charge for a product:         GBP 10.00 (VAT included)
Your customer in UK will pay:    GBP 10.00 (VAT included)

Your payout for customers sending SMS from UK:           (10 / 1.175) * 55% = 4.68 GBP
Your payout for customers calling from UK:                    (10 / 1.175) * 71% = 6.04 GBP 

Chargebacks

In some countries unpaid phone bills will be deducted from the payouts. The chargeback reserve is the security deposit withhold by Daopay, calculated on your turnover, applying the percentages as indicated in the table below. The refund of that deposit will be due at the end of the month the transaction occurred plus the corresponding number of days which you can find in the 'Payout after' column.
